Delivery Information


Please note that we only use UK mainland courier services. UK mainland courier services do not include parcel delivery to places that are not on the main island, like the Isle of Man, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Wight, and the Isles of Scilly. This also includes Northern Ireland, and remote areas of Scotland. If you wish your parcel delivered to the places mentioned above, please contact us before completing your order. We will send you a quote with correct postage prices.

You can also collect your order from our stores, located at Franderground Farm, Kirby Lane, Pinxton, Nottingham NG16 6JB.

Our delivery prices are weight based:

Delivery prices including VAT

  Parcels up to 22lb / 10kg - £7.00
  Parcels above 22lb / 10kg, but less than 33lb / 15kg - £8.50
  Parcels above 33lb / 15kg, but less than 44lb / 20kg - £12.00
  Parcels heavier than 44lb/20kg, please contact us for correct postage price


Collection from our stores

If you choose to collect your goods from our store, once you complete your order, we will send you the text message to your provided mobile phone number to inform you when your order is ready to collect. Usually we can sort your order in few hours after we receive your order confirmation. But in a very busy periods of time it can take up to two working days to sort your order. Always contact us first if you need your items to be ready on the same, or next working day. And we will do our best to help you.

Dispatch times

We do our best to make sure your orders are dispatched as soon as possible. Usually orders placed before midday (Monday to Friday) will be dispatched on the same working day. Orders placed after midday usually will be dispatched the next working day. In a very busy periods of time parcel dispatch can take up to 2 working days. Please note we do not dispatch orders on the weekend. 

Other delivery notes

Some items listed on our website can not be delivered by postage due to their dimensions or high value. Such Items will always be marked as non deliverable items in their product description. Please always check description before adding any items to your shopping basket. These can only be collected from our stores.

All orders are sent via a courier of our choice, and we may change the couriers we use without notice, although the level of service will always be equivalent.

We advise that all first orders should go to your Billing or Business address!

If you are away from the delivery address our courier will put a card through your door allowing you to re-book a delivery with the courier or allow you to pick up the order from the depot or sorting office. The courier has the right to attempt a delivery to a near by neighbour, rather than redelivering the next day.  Buntings Agri Ltd. reserves the right to charge the full shipping fee applicable to resend if the item is returned to us because the customer could not take delivery for any reason.

Damaged / faulty goods

If any of your items arrive damaged, you must notify us within 24 hours from the time of delivery. Due to strict insurance terms imposed by our couriers, any damages must be notified immediately. Failure to do so will remove any liability from Bunting Agri Ltd. or our couriers and you may be unable to claim any replacement or refund.
